Our goal is a holistic development through community action in  education, health, human rights,  and rural development.

Our vision statement is "Breaking Barriers, Building Community", a dream which can come true through strong commitment and motivation.

A dream of a nation that embodies the spirit of Gandhi and the words of Tagore when he wrote   "Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high…."

ACT believes all issues are interlinked. Working on one issue in isolation will not have the desired impact. Our group members have different interests and expertise in their chosen fields, and thus we have adopted the concept of convergence to work on different levels for the holistic development of the community in the form of different initiatives, as follows.
